Tim is passionate about improving organisations in the construction sector.
Described as a strategic thinker, Tim has a rare intellect and talent for change and problem solving which he blends expertly with his contextual understanding of the trends and challenges impacting construction sector firms.
Tim has played an influential role in driving improvement in the UK construction sector. Working alongside third sector bodies and universities, he has successfully designed and delivered several business improvement projects with construction firms in areas covering, strategy development, partnering and collaborative working, lean improvement, agile project delivery, BIM and digital transformation, sustainable production and consumption, CSR & social value, and organisational resilience.
Tim has delivered the following business improvement programmes in the construction sector:
Tim co-authored the Unlocking Productivity report (published by Constructing Excellence in 2015) and the exposé report The Organisational Resilience of The UK Construction Industry – Are we built on a house of cards? (published by Constructing Excellence in 2018).
Tim graduated with a BSc in civil engineering in 1996 from Liverpool John Moores University. He later gained an MBA from LJMU’s Liverpool Business School (LBS) in 2006, focusing his research on the critical success factors for partnering in construction. Tim is currently reading for a DBA at LBS where he is using design science research methodology to develop solutions that operationalise organisational resilience in UK construction firms.
Tim was National Chair for Constructing Excellence clubs between 2014 and 2018 and is the incumbent Chair of Constructing Excellence in Cheshire Warrington & Wirral, which he has held since 2013.

Hannah is passionate about the professional development of people in the construction sector.
Her role as Academy Director is to lead on the programme development and management of all of our ILM & CPD accredited courses available from our Project Five Academy.
Prior to joining Project Five Consulting Hannah was Head of Business & Skills at the National Federation of Builders where she was instrumental in bringing to market several new learning and development programmes in BIM and digital, CSR and organisational resilience.

Hannah graduated with a BA (Hons) in Public Relations in 2010 from the University of Central Lancashire.
Hannah is a volunteer committee member for Constructing Excellence in Cheshire Warrington & Wirral, which she joined in 2020.
