The course material for this qualification has been designed in context of professionals working in construction sector organisations, including architects, surveyors, engineers, project managers, site managers, marketing and business management.

It is suitable for practising middle to senior managers as well as those looking for promotion and/or those identified through talent management programmes.

Your learner journey

  • 2hr online live induction with Tim Whitehill
  • Units: Self study + 2hr online live tutorial with Tim Whitehill for each unit, in cohorts of up to 20 learners. Tutorials are recorded if you are unable to attend on the specified date.
    • Unit 1 – Managing customer relationships (3 credits)
    • Unit 2 – Partnership working (4 credits)
    • Unit 3 – Making professional presentations (2 credits)
