We have carefully selected a number of exclusive executive hotels within close proximity to Sutherland Labs, all of these hotels have that added extra to ensure you have the most comfortable stay in London, and to truly experience a week with Project Five. Don’t forget to take the time to enjoy a filling and nutritious breakfast in your hotel before taking a short walk to Sutherland Labs ready to start the day. Subject to availability we will ensure you are booked into one of these selected hotels for 4 nights during our Executive Programme, all details will be emailed to you prior to the event date.

payment procedure

  • Programme Fee: £4,250.00 plus VAT
  • An initial non-refundable deposit of £1062.50 plus VAT is payable within 30 days of enrolment to secure your place on to the programme. The final sum of £3,187.50 plus VAT is due for settlement 30 days prior to the start date of the programme. During our payment process you will be asked to confirm that you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

  • Please arrive at our venue Sutherland Labs before 9am, fresh fruit, a selection of pastries, tea and coffee will be provided on arrival.
  • A truly delicious and fulfilling lunch will be provided at our venue along with a selection of refreshments throughout the day.
  • Check-In at your hotel and relax in the comfort of your rooms or venture out to explore your surroundings.
  • Tasty breakfasts will be provided at your hotel, please ensue to take the time in your morning to enjoy breakfast.
  • Lunch and refreshments will be provided at Sutherland Labs.
  • In the evening we will be hosting a unique entertainment experience with Small Car Big City.
